Hannah Johnson, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT
Hannah grew up in Winter Park, CO. She earned her Bachelors degree in Biology at the University of Denver in 2003 and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado, Health Sciences Center, in 2007. She is board certified in orthopaedics and has practiced exclusively in the outpatient orthopaedic setting for nearly 17 years. Hannah is one of only 13 providers in Colorado certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), a highly effective assessment and treatment strategy for musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities. She started Ridgeline Physical Therapy + Wellness in 2017 in an effort to provide distinct and superior service in an environment where healthcare consumers are paying more and receiving less.
Hannah lives in Evergreen, CO, where she and her husband, Tucker, are raising their two children, Rhett and Evelyn.

Ridgeline Physical Therapy + Wellness, LLC, is a direct-access (no referral needed), cash-based practice serving clients in Evergreen and surrounding communities. This private model ensures you receive only necessary services that are tailored to you in a more efficient manner. Sessions are generally one hour in duration, individualized based on the client, and are always 1:1 with your clinician. Ridgeline Physical Therapy + Wellness, LLC, offers a comprehensive wellness experience, tailored to meet your unique goals. Services include physical therapy, personal training, and lifestyle/nutrition coaching. Services are by appointment only and may be scheduled in the studio or delivered to you in your home or office (upon special request).
Ridgeline Physical Therapy + Wellness, LLC, is out-of-network and does not contract with insurance companies for reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service by cash, check, credit card, or debit card. HSA cards are accepted. Verify out-of-network benefits for cases where direct submission of invoices from Ridgeline Physical Therapy + Wellness, LLC, to your insurance provider may allow for direct reimbursement of a portion of your payment back to you. It is illegal to provide cash-based physical therapy services to Medicare patients when those services are billable to Medicare. Services that are not billable to Medicare and, thus, allowable under a cash-pay model include massage intervention, maintenance and/or fitness programs.
